These two men were found guilty of using steroids by positive drug tests and were suspended by Major League Baseball as a result&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Can't &lt;B&gt;anyone&lt;/B&gt; ever get this right?  Rafael Betancourt was &lt;B&gt;not&lt;/B&gt; found guilty of using steroids via a positive test.  The result of his 2005 test was positive, but he was never told for what.  Look it up on MLB, or on any of the myriad lists available via Google.  His results are &lt;I&gt;always&lt;/I&gt; listed as "unknown".  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;He also denied using steroids (granted they all do) and had a pretty believable speculation as to what happened.
